These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Maison Bloom website (maisonbloombali.com) and any orders placed with Maison Bloom by Splendid. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and payment is received or agreed upon. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies to your order.
Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer, QRIS, and cash on delivery. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed. For wedding and event orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
Delivery
We offer same-day flower delivery across Bali when orders are placed before 2pm. Delivery is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and traffic conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact you to arrange redelivery.
Product variations
As flowers are a natural product, each arrangement is unique. Colours, sizes, and bloom types may vary slightly from images shown on our website. We use seasonal flowers and may substitute specific stems with alternatives of equal or greater quality if a particular flower is unavailable. We endeavour to match the style, colour palette, and overall feel of the arrangement shown.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. For same-day orders, cancellation must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Wedding and event orders may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit.
Refunds & complaints
If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a replacement arrangement or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for:
- Natural wilting of fresh flowers after delivery
- Arrangements that have been damaged by the recipient after delivery
- Orders where the recipient was unavailable and the arrangement was left in a safe location
Wedding & event bookings
Wedding and event floral design requires a consultation and custom quote. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Detailed proposals are provided after consultation. Changes to the floral design may be made up to 14 days before the event, subject to flower availability.
Corporate subscriptions
Corporate flower subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Subscription pricing is fixed for the agreed term.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Maison Bloom by Splendid and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Bloom by Splendid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali.
