Same-Day Flower Delivery Across Bali — How It Works
There are moments when you need flowers today, not tomorrow, not next week. A birthday you nearly forgot, a last-minute dinner invitation, an apology that cannot wait, or simply the impulse to brighten someone's afternoon. In Bali, same-day flower delivery is not only possible but surprisingly straightforward, as long as you know how the process works and when to place your order.
This guide explains exactly how same-day flower delivery operates across the island, which areas are covered, what types of arrangements you can order on short notice, and how to make sure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.
How Same-Day Delivery Works
The process starts with your order. You get in touch with a florist, describe what you are looking for or choose from their available arrangements, and provide the delivery address. The florist then selects the freshest stems available that day, designs the arrangement by hand, and dispatches a driver to deliver it directly to the recipient.
At Maison Bloom, we keep the process as simple as possible. You message us on WhatsApp, tell us the occasion and any preferences you have for colours, flowers, or style, and we take care of the rest. There is no need to create an account or navigate a complicated website. A quick conversation is all it takes to get flowers moving toward their destination.
The key factor for same-day delivery is timing. Flowers need to be sourced, arranged, and transported, so there is a practical cutoff for when orders need to come in.
The 2 PM Cutoff
For same-day delivery, we ask that orders are placed before 2 pm Bali time (WITA). This gives our team enough time to prepare a fresh arrangement and coordinate delivery before the end of the afternoon. Orders received after 2 pm are scheduled for delivery the following morning, which still means your flowers arrive within roughly eighteen hours of ordering.
If you are ordering from a different time zone, keep the conversion in mind. Bali is GMT+8, so 2 pm in Bali is 6 am in London, midnight in New York, and 4 pm in Sydney. Many of our customers are sending flowers to Bali from overseas, and the time difference occasionally catches people off guard.
For urgent requests that come in close to the cutoff, it is always worth reaching out. Depending on the delivery location and what we have in the studio, we can sometimes accommodate late orders on a case-by-case basis.
Where We Deliver Across Bali
Our studio is based in Canggu, which puts us in an ideal position to cover most of southern and central Bali. Same-day delivery is available to all of the following areas:
Canggu and surrounds — Berawa, Batu Bolong, Pererenan, Echo Beach, Kerobokan, and Umalas. These are the closest areas to our studio, so deliveries here are the fastest, typically arriving within an hour of the arrangement being completed.
Seminyak and Legian — a short drive south from Canggu, covering Petitenget, Oberoi, and the Legian strip. Delivery times are usually under an hour.
Kuta and Tuban — including the area around Ngurah Rai airport. Useful for welcome arrangements at hotels or last-minute airport-adjacent deliveries.
Jimbaran and Nusa Dua — the resort corridor along Bali's southern peninsula. Deliveries here take a bit longer due to distance, typically sixty to ninety minutes, but same-day service is fully available.
Uluwatu and the Bukit — the clifftop area popular for weddings and luxury villas. Roads in this area can be winding, so we allow extra time, but same-day delivery is reliable for orders placed well before the cutoff.
Sanur — Bali's quieter eastern coast. Reachable within about an hour from our studio, Sanur is well within same-day range.
Ubud — the cultural heart of Bali, located inland and uphill. Deliveries to Ubud take roughly ninety minutes from Canggu, so early ordering is especially helpful for this area. We deliver to central Ubud, Tegallalang, Mas, and surrounding villages.
For areas outside this list, including Amed, Lovina, or the north coast, delivery is possible but typically requires advance notice of at least a day. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for same-day service, just ask us and we will let you know.
What You Can Order for Same-Day Delivery
Nearly everything in our collection is available for same-day delivery, provided the flowers are in stock. Our most popular options include hand-tied bouquets in seasonal colours, boxed arrangements that arrive looking polished and gift-ready, and single-variety bunches like a dozen roses or a cluster of sunflowers for a bold, simple statement.
Custom requests are welcome too. If you have a specific colour palette, want to include a particular flower, or need an arrangement that suits a certain setting, let us know and we will work with what is freshest that day. Bali's tropical climate means we have access to a wide range of blooms year-round, including roses, lilies, orchids, gerberas, chrysanthemums, tropical heliconias, birds of paradise, and local Balinese flowers that add texture and character.
For larger orders, such as event flowers or multiple arrangements for a villa, we recommend ordering at least a day ahead so we can source everything you need. But for a single bouquet or a pair of arrangements, same-day is almost always doable. You can browse our full collection to get a sense of styles and sizes.
Pricing and What to Expect
Pricing for flower delivery in Bali depends on the size and complexity of the arrangement and the flowers used. As a general guide, a compact hand-tied bouquet starts around IDR 350,000, a mid-range arrangement with premium flowers like roses or lilies runs IDR 600,000 to IDR 900,000, and luxury or large-scale arrangements range from IDR 1,000,000 upward.
Delivery within the Canggu, Seminyak, and Kuta corridor is included in the price. For destinations further afield, such as Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, or Sanur, a delivery fee may apply depending on distance. We always confirm the total cost before preparing your order, so there are no surprises.
Each arrangement comes carefully packaged to survive the journey, with water tubes on stems where needed and protective wrapping to keep petals pristine. We include a complimentary handwritten card with every delivery if you would like to add a personal message.
Best Occasions for Same-Day Flowers
The beauty of same-day delivery is its flexibility. Some of the most common occasions we see include birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, congratulations for a new business or baby, get-well wishes, sympathy and condolence arrangements, welcome gifts for friends arriving in Bali, and romantic surprises delivered to a partner's villa or hotel.
We also receive a fair number of orders from people treating themselves, which we fully encourage. There is no rule that says flowers have to be a gift for someone else. A fresh arrangement on your own dining table is one of the simplest luxuries available in Bali.
If you are planning flowers for a wedding or event in Bali, same-day delivery can work for smaller elements like personal bouquets or table centrepieces, though we recommend reaching out well in advance for full event floristry. How to Place Your Order
Ordering same-day flowers from Maison Bloom takes about two minutes. Send us a WhatsApp message with a few details: the occasion, any colour or flower preferences, the delivery address, and your preferred delivery time. We will reply with availability, share photos of similar arrangements we have made, confirm pricing, and get started as soon as you give the go-ahead.
If you are ordering from overseas and the recipient is in Bali, the process is exactly the same. WhatsApp works internationally, and we handle everything on the ground. You can pay via bank transfer or other methods we will discuss in our chat.
Sending flowers in Bali does not need to be complicated. With a local florist, a quick message, and a bit of lead time, you can have a beautiful arrangement delivered to almost anywhere on the island before the day is done.
